Most Asked Questions
After drawing all my life with traditional pencil and paper I decided in lockdown to finally learn digital drawing on my iPad. I discovered how easy it was to carry around so many art mediums and how fun it is to try them I got digitally hooked.
I am sorry I don’t take commission work. But if you have a suggestion for a gnome I do add it to the ever-growing list and try to get to it as soon as I can. I cant though give a time frame of when anything will be drawn
My graphics are intended to help your creative process. There isn’t anything creative about putting a graphic as it is on an item and selling it. Combine it with other items in an imaginative way and put it on a POD item and I am rootin’ for you.
That’s a big fat no. I actively search and report these listings so it’s just a case of they are in the process of being reported. A commercial licence means you can sell items you create with my graphics. It doesn’t mean you can take my hard work and sell it like it’s yours. I know that’s very mean spirited of me, but I own the copyright of the things I draw and I haven’t ever given permission for anyone else to resell them.
Most often I can’t but you can always drop me a line, request it and I will add it to the list. I can’t though guarantee I will be able to redraw the set in your colour way or give a time frame of when it might happen.
I love suggestions, drop me a line, request it and I will add it to the list. I can’t though guarantee I will be able to do it or give a time frame of when it might happen.
As I am busy updating the site with all my gnomes you can see all the gnomes in my Etsy shop or on my shop on Design Bundles.
Yes of course. Please note that the graphics must be used as part of a wider design and not stand-alone. By adding text, backgrounds, other design elements, and overlapping elements, etc., you can create a unique design
Yes but the following needs to be followed
End Products must be significantly different from the original Resource purchased. You must combine the Resources with other creative elements to ensure licensed Resources are used within a wider design to form an Original Design. An Original Design would be something you put time, effort and skill to produce, ensuring the Resources are not the primary integrity of the Design or End Product. The Resources should be used to facilitate your creative expression resulting in unique work different from the original Resource purchased. The Resources may not be used stand-alone ( so a Gnome on mug cant be done BUT a gnome which has a background and other elements can be)
End Products may not be used or sold in a way that is directly competitive with the original Resource you purchased. (Reselling my graphics just as they are is a no)
End Products may not be sold or supplied in a way that allows for third parties to easily extract the Resources.
If you are creating and selling digital end products you would need to ensure that the original resources may not be extracted. Files sold may not be layered or editable and must be supplied flat without access to the original source files used. By adding text, backgrounds, other design elements, and overlapping elements, etc., you can create a unique, original design and ensures that Resources cannot be extracted.
Yes of course, but please lock or flatten my Resources. Please note that the graphics or patterns (also known as the Resources) must be used as part of a wider design and not stand-alone. By adding text, backgrounds, other design elements, and overlapping elements, etc., you can create a unique design.
Unfortunately not. This is because resources purchased from CelebratelyGraphics are the ownership and copyright of Kairen Varker of CelebratelyGraphics, the original designer. When you purchase a graphic/illustration/pattern from CelebratelyGraphics, you are agreeing to a non-exclusive and non-transferable licence that does not allow for copyrighting or trademarking.
